What can Xccelerated Team Performance provide for your business?

Xccelerated Team Performance’s Healthy Practice Solutions™ is a 12-week leadership and team development program consisting of three phases that allows practices to identify strengths and weaknesses and move forward with an action plan to increase momentum and improve performance.

The duration of any Phase can be flexible based on client scheduling. However, the goal and agreement with the client is to complete Phases 1 – 3 within 12 weeks.

Phase 1 : Overview | Personal Assessment | Self-Awareness

During this phase, an initial consultation with practice owners is conducted to gain insight into concerns/issues, determine desired sustainable outcomes for you and your practice, and lay the foundation for achieving your desired results. You will complete self-awareness assessments to gain clarity around how you typically problem solve, make decisions, and lead. The self-awareness assessment also helps us discover and expand your personal purpose. Finally, we interpret and analyze the assessment and discovery. From this stage, you can expect the following:

  • Initial consultation with practice owner(s) is conducted via Zoom video conferencing to gain insight into concerns/issues and determine desired sustainable outcomes (i.e. what you are looking for and to lay foundation for achieving desired results).
  • Completion of self-awareness assessment to gain clarity around your personal purpose (your “personal why”).
  • Interpretation and analysis of assessment tools and facilitation of self-awareness discovery.

PHASE 2 : Healthy Culture Development | Healthy Hire Solutions™ | Team Awareness | Talent Management | Talent Retention

In this phase, we work with you to define the differences between healthy and smart practice cultures. From there, we conduct structured employee interviews with each team member in our Healthy Culture & Performance Assessment. We then proceed to help you identify your practice’s ideal behaviors and its core focus.

The Culture & Performance Assessment continues by identifying the natural strengths of each individual on your team through Kolbe A Assessments. The assessments allow us to  identify any stress that may exist between team members’ natural strengths and their current role or function. We also support employees and you by identifying strategies and implementation plans to minimize employee turnover and improve engagement.

Finally, we discuss the implementation of processes for hiring the right team members the first time and the steps you can take in your preparation and interview process to make this possible. With this, we solidify three keywords that must define your leadership style, identify the generational and individual motivators when leading your team, and help you find strategies for effective talent management.

  • Define differences between Healthy & Smart Cultures.
  • Conduct a Healthy Culture & Performance Assessment. Note: This includes structured employee interviews with each team member.
  • Identify core practice values (ideal behaviors) and your practice’s core focus.
  • Identify natural strengths of all individual team members through Kolbe A Indexes.
  • Identify any stress that may exist between team member’s natural strengths and their current duties.
  • Identify strategies and implementation plans to minimize employee turnover and improve engagement.
  • Discuss implementation of processes for hiring the right team members the first time(ex., preparing before recruiting/hiring and asking the right questions).
  • Discover and implement the 3 key words that must define your leadership style.
  • More fully understand generational and individual motivators when leading your team.
  • Identify strategies and techniques for effective talent management and engagement.

PHASE 3 : Leadership Development | Mentorship & Coaching

In Phase 3, we continue to work with you weekly in 45-minute increments for mentorship and coaching. During these 8 weeks of dedicated time, you’ll receive valuable, actionable insight for advancing your team’s optimum synergy and individual strengths. You will develop your own strengths and leadership skills to achieve best practice performance outcomes and sustain success while eliminating practice dysfunction.

You will also learn how to boost your personal performance, minimize your personal practice-related stress, improve practice financial results, and achieve greater joy and professional fulfillment. The duration of any Phase can be flexible and coordinated with your schedule. However, the goal and agreement are to complete Phases 1-3 within 12 weeks.

  • Weekly 45-minute mentorship and coaching sessions via Zoom for 8 weeks beginning with Phase 3.

    Timothy Scott Norris
    MBA, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, CHBC

    Tim Norris has over 30 years of experience in Human Resources, Organizational Development, and Strategic Planning spanning Fortune 500 corporations and small entrepreneurial businesses. Tim has served on multiple boards within his community, including holding two terms as the Board Chair for Rowan Helping Ministries, as well as two terms as the Board Chair for North Hills Christian School. Tim is a past Chair of the Board for the Rowan Chamber of Commerce. Tim was recently appointed to serve on the Board of Directors of the North Carolina Institute of Medicine for a four-year term that began in January 2022.

    Tim holds numerous certifications including: Senior Professional in Human Resources (HR Certification Institute), Senior Certified Professional in Human Resources (Society for Human Resources Management), Certified Healthcare Business Consultant, and Kolbe Certified™ Consultant. 

    Thomas R. Loeblein
    CHBC, CFP

    Tom Loeblein is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy and a retired Lieutenant Colonel in the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve. With over 26 years of experience in business consulting for physicians and dentists, Tom particularly enjoys helping business owners and leaders reach their full potential. He has participated in and held many positions within several community organizations, including Board Chair for the Rowan Chamber of Commerce, Board Chair for Salisbury Academy, Treasurer of the Community Care Clinic of Rowan County, and Treasurer of the Waterworks Visual Arts Center. 

    Tom has also received the following certifications: Certified Healthcare Business Consultant, Kolbe Certified™ Consultant, Charter Member of the National Society of Certified Healthcare Business Consultants, and a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER Professional.
