Xccelerated Team Performance’s Healthy Practice Solutions™ is a 12-week leadership and team development program consisting of three phases that allows practices to identify strengths and weaknesses and move forward with an action plan to increase momentum and improve performance.
The duration of any Phase can be flexible based on client scheduling. However, the goal and agreement with the client is to complete Phases 1 – 3 within 12 weeks.

In this phase, we work with you to define the differences between healthy and smart practice cultures. From there, we conduct structured employee interviews with each team member in our Healthy Culture & Performance Assessment. We then proceed to help you identify your practice’s ideal behaviors and its core focus.
The Culture & Performance Assessment continues by identifying the natural strengths of each individual on your team through Kolbe A Assessments. The assessments allow us to identify any stress that may exist between team members’ natural strengths and their current role or function. We also support employees and you by identifying strategies and implementation plans to minimize employee turnover and improve engagement.
Finally, we discuss the implementation of processes for hiring the right team members the first time and the steps you can take in your preparation and interview process to make this possible. With this, we solidify three keywords that must define your leadership style, identify the generational and individual motivators when leading your team, and help you find strategies for effective talent management.
In Phase 3, we continue to work with you weekly in 45-minute increments for mentorship and coaching. During these 8 weeks of dedicated time, you’ll receive valuable, actionable insight for advancing your team’s optimum synergy and individual strengths. You will develop your own strengths and leadership skills to achieve best practice performance outcomes and sustain success while eliminating practice dysfunction.
You will also learn how to boost your personal performance, minimize your personal practice-related stress, improve practice financial results, and achieve greater joy and professional fulfillment. The duration of any Phase can be flexible and coordinated with your schedule. However, the goal and agreement are to complete Phases 1-3 within 12 weeks.
